Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Wrong Order:

In case of wrong order delivery and claim submitted within 3 business days of a successful delivery, return, delivery and credit card fees will be covered by us.

Item Return at Customers’ Request – Card Payments:

In case of item eligible for return settled by card payment and returned within 3 business days of a successful delivery, the amount will be credited to buyer’s bank account after deducting the pickup & delivery fees.

Return Policy for Damaged Items:

  • Claim to be submitted within 3 business days of a successful delivery
  • Claims typically take 5 business days to process

In case of claim submission after the mentioned deadline the customer request will be declined

Return Conditions:

ITEM RETURN & EXCHANGE GENERAL EXCLUSIONS
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
  • Items with torn or removed shrink warp.
  • Items &/or packages that have been used or tampered with.
  • Custom-made & personalized products.
  • Defective items under warranty, which shall be sent for repair and returned to end customer(s) at Merchant’s expense.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
  • Personal care, personal hygiene & personal grooming products.
  • Grocery & food items except when the food item is defective, or delivered damaged or broken.
  • Open prepaid cards & subscriptions.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Fresh flowers & indoor live plants.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are accepted within 3 business days from the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition/packaging: unused, unscented, not washed, not altered and have the original tags attached at time of exchange.

Order cancellation

  • Cancellation is allowed online prior to order dispatch Once the item(s) has been released by the us, cancellation will not be possible at this point.
  • In case the cancellation has been validated by Shopping Lebanese, the full amount will be refunded to your bank account.

Prohibited Items for Export:

It is your sole responsibility to make sure any item you are ordering from our website is allowed & is not prohibited in the shipment destination country. Shopping Lebanese shall not be held liable under any circumstance for any item that is seized by the customs or which shipping is accountable by law in the destination country. Shopping Lebanese responsibility is limited in providing the necessary awareness on the cart checkout page.

Weekend & National Holiday Order Processing:

  • Delivery or shipping of orders placed on or after a Friday will be initiated on the following Monday & might take up to 10 days to reach you.
  • Delivery or shipping of orders placed on or during a National holiday will occur on the first following working day & might take up to to 10 days to reach you.
